About Boyle Consulting
Boyle Consulting was founded in 1996. Since then, the firm has provided consulting services to both national and regional companies within the Hospitality and Senior Living sector. We assist clients to develop and improve the quality, efficiency, design, and profitability of their food and hospitality programs.
The company is led by Maureen Boyle, a seasoned professional with extensive food management operations, training, and program development experience coupled with a strong culinary, business, and nutrition background.
The founder and president of Boyle Consulting since 1996, Maureen Boyle brings more than 25 years experience to the hospitality and senior living professions. During her career, Maureen has directed food and nutrition operations for over 350 senior living communities in over thirty states.
A graduate with distinction from Le Cordon Bleu’s Professional Cuisine program in Sydney, Australia, Maureen is also a Registered Dietitian. She received her M.B.A. from Boston College and earned her B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management with highest distinction from Penn State University. In addition, Maureen earned her Dietitian Registration from Boston’s Beth Israel Hospital, an affiliate of the Harvard Medical School. Ms. Boyle holds active membership in both culinary and nutrition organizations, including The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and Food and Culinary Professionals.
